As part of a larger project, I needed some high quality models of keycaps. I couldn’t find any that were of a decent quality, had a licence I could use and had all the sizes I required. So, I made my own.
They are on Github and are MIT licenced. I have included the Solidworks design files (I wanted to use something more open but I have no idea how to make them in OpenSCAD and Fusion360 crapped out on me). Every row and size combination that I could find in common(ish) keyboards is included, along with homing keys. Each cap is rendered out to an STL at 4 different resolutions so should suit all of your needs. So far I have done DSA and SA profiles with more to come as I require/have the time.
